My name is Dan Oke.
Along with the local community I work with, some of us have been on the front lines since early 2020. A few of us knew what was going on before March 2020. If you don’t know about the deep State, if you don’t know about the cabal, if you don’t know about the inner machinations of people playing at puppet strings, there are some of us that knew what was going on well beforehand. My sensei (martial arts instructor) is the one who really gave me breadcrumbs along the way because even though I knew what was going on I didn’t know about the common law, I didn’t know about jurisdictions, I didn’t know about a lot of the truth that goes on.
A few of us did the grunt work, and it is grunt work. It takes a lot of study. And there is always more. But once we started with that, the first thing that we did was: get this concept of “We have rights”. And “We are supposed to be the ones who are in charge”. Not kings. Not queens. Not politicians who we elect to work for us. We, the people. One of the things that you do to research this is that you look into what are called the international covenants and treaties. There’s the international covenants and treaties on civil and political rights. The UN – I know the UN is not a great place, but - there is the UN Declaration of Human Rights, there is all these different covenants and treaties that everybody should be looking into because all of the countries that we are talking about here, or that we are from, have signed on to these. They are legally binding even within “their” system. So it’s an important thing to research and look into because they do hold weight if you know how to apply them.
When I say jurisdictions I’m talking about law, l-a-w, as an acronym: land, air, water. There are three different jurisdictions. Within those jurisdictions there are different systems of law. The land, which is the thing that we’re sitting on, unless some of you are on a boat - you might be. I’m not here to judge - But the land is supposed to be the jurisdiction of common law, flesh and blood, men and women. The water is usually referred to as Admiralty Law. This is the system that pretty much every country works under. So if you get an understanding that this is Admiralty Law, that these are corporations, not countries, that they are corporations and that most of them are registered in Washington D.C., you can find them. Once you know that you’re dealing with a corporation remember that corporations have duties and responsibilities. They cannot make laws or mandates.
It really starts at the birth certificate. Here is the truth of law and sovereignty. What we did to exercise our rights was perform a citizens’ arrest in defence of the children. I consider this a duty, whether it’s a lawful duty, a spiritual duty, a moral duty, whatever, it is our job to actually do something about it. We know, we’ve seen over the last few years, there’s nobody with a cape that’s going to come in to save us. I mean there’s a lot of good people in the alliances around the world that are doing some incredible work. Their job is up here (raises hand). On the local level we’ve got to rise up and start to meet them halfway. And that will accelerate the process. But the purpose of the citizens’ arrest was 1) to give the police in our local area an opportunity to do their job and their duty and fulfill their oath. So we made a huge binder of evidence and we had parents, and grandparents in some cases, send in a criminal complaint to the local police, and we vetted the whole process with local lawyers, paralegals, the police that were on our side. We vetted the whole process through them. We vetted all of the evidence through them. I co-wrote the letter that parents were sending in as a criminal complaint, with the specific criminal code for masking. Because again this was just early 2020.
And we did everything by their book, even though we knew the different jurisdictions. We did the process by their book to give them an opportunity to do the job that they were supposed to do, that they swore an oath to do. Under that same criminal code, within their system, if they did not do their job then we, the people, had the authority to move and conduct a citizens’ arrest. The criminal code in Canada was Section 494 (2) but you can perform a citizens’ arrest in defence of personal property – children are the property of the parents under the law – and we conducted those actions; we’ve done seven of them so far.
Obviously the police have never taken a mayor away in handcuffs. We did a citizens’ arrest on the chief of police for a local area at one point. They never acted on that, but what that showed was that they are operating under the colour of law rather than the rule of law because if they were operating under the true rule of law then they were supposed to assist us in the citizens’ arrest. And this is the reason why nobody got a fine when we did the citizens’ arrest. Nobody got arrested. Nobody got anything whatsoever because we followed everything by the book. No signs, no protest hoopla or anything like that. But we conducted these citizens’ arrests with that purpose in mind, in addition to trying to get people into the headspace that they are the ones in charge and you don’t go and ask permission from criminals to have your rights, to live your life, and to do everything else. People had to get into that headspace.
One of our two websites is called the True North Guardians’ Alliance. That’s the national/international one. The local one is the lakeshore.sovereignassembly.com. So those are the two websites. And that’s pretty much everything I’m saying. Everything that we’ve done is available on those websites. All the information, whether it’s the research for the common law or the admiralty law, the UCC universal commercial code law. Any of that is available on these websites in some form or another, including the process of how we perform these citizens’ arrests, the binder of evidence that we use, the templates that we use, everything is available there.
The jurisdiction of common law applies everywhere that there is land. Even in Europe, even in Japan, where my wife is from. It doesn’t matter where. It’s common law. Where the foundation of law is built on, the judges and the corporations can say that we don’t acknowledge whatever jurisdiction it is, but we don’t acknowledge them.
And on our level we’ve had to deal with a few judges and a few of our friends being troubled by judges in the system, but if you apply these processes properly the judge doesn’t have any authority whatsoever. For example, I have been summoned and I’ve been offered a contract to pay some fines, thousands and thousands of dollars. I’ve paid zero. I will pay zero. I did not attend court. That was over a year ago. No repercussions. We’ve had a friend of ours deal with it on our level. In Canada we have the local justices, then you kick it up a notch and you go to what are called the regional senior justices, and then after the regional senior justices for your province you go to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is the highest court in Canada. We’ve had to take on a regional senior justice in a family court case and all we did was throw paperwork at this guy. Not only did the mother not have to attend court but the regional senior justice is under investigation by the Supreme Court. So if you know how to stand on truth and principle you can turn the tables.
If you know how to claim back your sovereignty and take control of your birth certificate and get into Trust Law, Merchant Law and speak to these judges, you are in a strong position. When we go in and talk to a judge we don’t call them “Your Honour”, “Your Worship”. We call them “Tom”. We call them “Jane”. You know “Hey Jane. How are ya doing?” And here we are: “This is my courtroom”. But you have to know how to invoke those rights properly. File the proper paperwork and be in what we call a proper standing in law. So, if you want to use common law and the judge comes up to you and says “Well, you know, you have to follow these laws” you can say “Excuse me. Please provide your oath."
It doesn’t matter what jurisdiction I use. I can topple them in their own law. I can topple them in the common law. And I can prove that the law of the land, the common law, is my jurisdiction right here. And as a corporation, under the Geneva Conventions and under the international covenants and treaties they can’t deal with me. But you have to know how to rebut the twelve presumptions of law and do all these other things. In the States you have many national assemblies that have already formed: the Florida State Assembly, the Texas State Assembly, the Nevada State Assembly. All we have done with the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly is that a group of us corrected our status, filed the proper paperwork so that we exist outside of the jurisdiction of whatever fraudulent criminal Satanic pedophiles are hanging around here, and we just don’t deal with them.
If you do have to conduct business with the corporation – you know, like going out and buying food or dealing with them in any capacity that you could think of, if you’ve corrected your status you can still do business. You’re just doing business from a proper standing. For example if I take the ALL CAPITALS name of DANIEL WARREN OKE, with a copyright, because mine is copyrighted now, if they use my name I can bill them. But the flesh and blood Daniel Warren Oke is the CEO, for lack of a better term, of the corporation DANIEL WARREN OKE. So I can – if I feel like it – go into a courtroom as the agent or the authorized representative of the corporation that they are trading on and address a matter with the corporation, and that’s how I can deal with it if I choose.
One of the other things that we’ve done - you’ll find it on the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly website, and the Common Law Court has done it as well - is that we’ve sent out what’s called a Lawful Notice Requiring a Hearing , and we challenged the Supreme Court, the provincial courts, all of the courts, to pick a judge and come to us and make a ruling on all of these slaveries that are being committed, such as tax crime, classifying people without their consent or knowledge, which creates a fraudulent contract. We’ll see how they respond to that. But let’s just say common law is a good start, and that’s not a knock to anybody that focuses on common law. I think they’re doing incredible work and it’s really powerful and practical but there is a way to go beyond common law. The area of jurisdiction is another can of worms, and there is also the spiritual aspect and the question of silver. There are a few other things too but common law is a jumping off point.
I prefer to be practical, and when you have gained this knowledge the thing is to apply it. You learn it, and then you apply it. It’s like martial arts, You can’t just learn block, punch, kick, strike, meditate. You can learn it at the theoretical level but if you never apply what you learn you won’t get good at it. Sovereignty, freedom, you can learn the basics. But there is no such thing as a step by step by step by step practical application of it. The only way that you can get good at it is to learn the information inside and out, not just theoretically but really take it into your inner being and your inner standing, and comprehend what you are learning, and why it’s important to you. From that point you are then able to apply it in a creative sense. Again, I’ll use the analogy: we teach middle-area block. Do you think if somebody is attacking you that this will work in every situation that somebody is coming in at this range. The answer is no. You have to have that experience of applying the blocks in different situations. In the world of martial arts this is why we spar. This is why we train with partners. This is why we go over things again and again and again. Because there is no step by step by step scenario. Every person that you’re dealing with is going to be different. Every cop is going to be different. Every judge is going to be different. Every politician is going to be different. You’ve got to know the material inside and out, forwards and backwards, and on the inside to really get a handle on how to apply it. When we first started doing the citizens’ arrests we were going to do our cities, because that’s where we lived. The whole concept was you defend your home. And we would get requests from everywhere, including the other people in the group. We wanted to have at least ten citizens’ arrests happening simultaneously. And it ended up just being one, because what they said was “Well, we don’t know how to do it, so you guys go first.” We didn’t know how to do it either. It’s not like before the pandemic . We went around arresting mayors. It was new to all of us but we knew what we had to do. You take the information and you apply it in a way that makes sense and resonates with you. So what I’ve done, as I said, is that I’ve put everything on the website that I’ve learned to get to this point. It’s all right there and it is just grunt work. You go in, you watch the videos, you get out your pen and paper , you study, you study, you watch videos: you watch videos of people applying this stuff. And then when it comes to you, you think “OK, there’s a judge coming at me. How am I going to deal with it? How am I going to take the knowledge that I have and apply it to this situation?" We’re so used to: “You follow these steps and you get the result.” But that’s their programming. If you can’t get out of that programming you’re not going to be able to be sovereign. We are co-creators of our reality, so we have to get creative, as we say in martial arts: “When the going gets tough, the tough get creative.”
