China has been amassing a disturbing amount of genetic data from the rest of the world, and it's been doing it to build a bioweapon that can target people based on race." Continuing on this subject: the Communist approach to weapons of mass destruction was on the mass level to try to mobilise the population in "imperialist countries" and on the official level to canvass for and support international treaties. It failed. The Chinese push for racially targeted bioweapons should be seen in this context in my opinion. In any case I see no rational alternative to adopting this stance.
