A report from Dr. Nikos Katsaros
On October 7, 2010, in the Parliament of Cyprus I met the Parliamentary Committee on the Environment. The topic was chemtrails and HAARP. There were nine members of the Parliament, representing all parties, and eleven high-level state officials, namely from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of the Environment, the National Meteorology Authority, the National Civil Aviation Authority, the National Water Authority, and a representtative of the British Military Base at Akrotiti.
Also participating were a committee of citizens against chemtrails. I spoke to the parliament about the chemtrails and the possible effects on human health and the environment and above all experimental techniques on how to detect the chemicals present in the chemtrails. These proposals were unanimously approved and there was agreement to proceed to implementation.
