Let me make the case for Aegina, as opposed to e.g. Rome, as the site for a Giulietto Chiesa institute.
EU officialdom attempts (attempted?) to acquire left credentials by advertising Altiero Spinelli as one of the pioneers of the EU. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spinelli_Group Daniel Cohn-Bendit is a key founder of the Spinelli group.
Cohn-Bendit appeared to have had hopes of continuing as a European parliamentarian with the assistance of the Greek Greens. He came to Greece a few years back apparently for that purpose, making hardly any mention of Spinelli.
Here is a leftist and patriotic (Greek nationalistic?) appraisal of Spinelli's politics: (from Dimitris Kazakis)
From his visit to Aegina Giulietto Chiesa was persuaded of the credentials of Capodistrias as a pioneer of European integration. He even proposed publicly here in Aegina that the street named after Constantine Karamanlis in Brussels should be renamed after Capodistrias.
Here is his some of Chiesa's visit to the Capodistrian buildings in Aegina (specifically the kyverneio):
A film on Capodistrias from the historian Thanos Veremis:
There is of course much more to say, but let this be an introduction.
Andreas Koukos speaks about Capodistrias and European integration from minute 56.11
Capodistrias is more recognized in Greece (and Switzerland) than in the European Union.

Dear Vladislav,
Thank you for your participation in yesterday's discussion at the invitation, I understand, of Amrita Tejas on the eve of the 13th May Worldwide Tribute to the victims of COVID 'vaccines' in which I personally will be participating in a small function on the island of Aegina, one of three demonstrations programmed for Greece, together with Thessaloniki and Sparta.
I have not participated much in the organizational discussions for 13th May. There had been one reference to Giulietto Chiesa, to which Amrita Tejas responded and perhaps this has something to do with the invitation extended to you but in any case it came like a bolt from the blue and I must say represented an amazing falling into place of pieces of a puzzle that have until now have remained separate.
Where to start? I have been familiar with Giulietto Chiesa since the screening of his film "Zero" in the European Parliament www.indymedia.be/index.html%3Fq=node%252F26209.html
My involvement with the issue of climate modification enouranois.eu/?p=2284 led to collaboration with the Spanish activist Josefina Fraile and ultimately to invitation to participate , along with Linda Leblanc from Cyprus www.enouranois.eu/enouranois/english/Aerosol_geoengineering_and_SRM_(Cyprus_Greens).pdf in a conference at the premises of the European Parliament organized by Giulietto Chiesa in collaboration with European parliamentarian Tatjana Zdanoka.
This encouraged me to invite Giulietto to the island of Aegina in Greece, where I live, in order to speak on the subject of "The European Union: Disintegration or a new beginning?"
main.cse-initiative.eu/?paged=33
That this was a memorable development is an understatement. Giulietto had come prepared to say in English what he had to say halva.proboards.com/thread/246/text-chiesas-original-speech-aegina
But we got him to give his presentation in Italian.
Giulietto Chiesa was still alive in 2019 when the Aegina Association of Active Citizens had more to say on the European Union: main.cse-initiative.eu/?p=727
But his death terminated our communication. There is a question today: who is worthy to be his successor in the debate over European integration?
Is it the Romanian conservative Cristian Terhes? here pathetically "confronted" by a Greek oligarch, Europarliamentarian for the once left-wing SYRIZA party?
Mr Terhes has not been easy for us to contact in real life.
We do have some communication with his younger colleague Ivan Sincic: (from minute 7.56)
Former Greek finance minister Yanis Varoufakis is not really a candidate. He is a part-time resident of Aegina and a familiar figure on our island but when asked in 2016 about Giulietto Chiesa he merely said "Giulietto who?" And he has not shown interest subsequently.
This is more or less the last significant thing he had to say to us:
The day after tomorrow Michael Nevradakis, senior correspondent for Children's Health Defense, is programmed to be speaking to us here in Aegina (at the 13th May Worldwide Tribute function). He made this video recently: rumble.com/v2hz0c0-incapacitated-pilots-dying-athletes.htm
Ukraine is a burning issue main.cse-initiative.eu/?p=248 and it was central for Giulietto:
main.cse-initiative.eu/?p=242
There HAS been worthy continuation of this particular discussion: www.globalresearch.ca/sowing-seeds-plunder-lose-lose-situation-ukraine/5818851
What other continuities can one point to? Perhaps this participation by Linda Leblanc (see above) in the initiative of Austrian feminist Professor Claudia von Werlhof: www.globalresearch.ca/global-war-ning-geoengineering-is-wrecking-our-planet-and-humanity/5753754
Begging my/our pardon us if this amounts to information overload, but it is for the record. The question is: what now?
In the context of the World Freedom Alliance, at Easter in 2021, together with the Romanian mathematician Preda Mihailescu en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Preda_Mih%C4%83ilescu we did make some proposals main.cse-initiative.eu/?p=891 (starting at minute 39.15). (The video dialogue is in English)
Another relevant input: main.cse-initiative.eu/?p=322
Best wishes,
Wayne Hall
