Is there any difference between Harold Saive’s relations with Tim Ball and the ETC Group’s relations with e.g. Greenpeace, IPCC, etc.? Do they both not serve the purpose of deflecting discussion from the key reality? (neither the ETC Group-Greenpeace-IPCC nor Tim Ball-Donna Laframboise-mainstream climate sceptics acknowledge the reality of the global spraying??) Both sides focus on one aspect of the truth and censor the other. Then they argue with each other all the time.

This video is excellent, however the HAARP influence on weather manipulation is combined with several electromagnetic stations around the planet that contribute far more.. The single focus on HAARP serves as a decoy to the wider weather weapons program.
Economist, Dimitri Kazakis makes an excellent point about the pressure for economic "growth" in a Ponzi capitol market like the asset-barren, Federal Reserve, to use scientific innovation as a corrupted tool of profiteering with winners and losers in the balance. The evolution of this will market scheme will eventually be the tail that ate the dog.
WH: The Enouranois video was made a few years back now. But what about Dr. Tim Ball? Have you secured any acknowledgement from him that "geoengineering" programs, or in any case spraying programs, are a reality? I tried to secure such an acknowledgement from him some years back, and it ended nastily. WH: Waiting on an answer re Tim Ball. In the meantime on the subject of Kazakis: it would have been possible to do much more work with Kazakis if there had been funding. The only way it was possible to make a professional-standard documentary with him and Katsaros was because I happened to have done some subtitling for a film director on a quid-pro-quo basis so he owed me for the job we did with Enouranois. It would never have been possible for me to pay the director.

There are two kinds of climate sceptic: those that say that anthropogenic climate change is a fraud and those that say that anthropogenic climate change is the product of deliberate climate modification. The two types of sceptic do not talk to each other about their differences: both bang on about Al Gore and Greenpeace and the IPCC. A nice divide-and-rule game that.
